2) English Teacher (Primary School)

3) Science Teacher (Secondary School)

4) HR and Administrative Assistant
- The HR and Administrative Assistant supports both the Human Resources and Administration departments in the school setting. This entry-level dual-role position involves handling HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance, as well as administrative duties, including front office management, scheduling, and coordination of school events.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities.
- Able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Prepare new hire paperwork and facilitate the onboarding process, including orientation and training sessions.
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files, including staff credentials and background checks.
- Organize staff records , ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HR and school policies and regulations.
- Process and update employee information in the school’s HRIS system.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries.
- Provide support in administering employee benefits and responding to related inquiries.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in organizing meetings, professional development sessions, and other school-related events.
Administration:
- Front Office Management:
- Assist the school’s front desk team, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assit in handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and faxes.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and school events.
- Coordinate logistics for school functions, including setting up meeting rooms, arranging catering, and preparing materials.
- General Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the school’s leadership team, including drafting documents, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Head of Human Resources and School Administrator.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS and school management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
